Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on the development and sale of service agreements to potential commercial clients. While familiarity with commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems is advantageous, we are open to training candidates who demonstrate the right aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various prospecting methods, including networking and referrals.
  • Engage with prospective clients to present tailored service solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions within our CRM system.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed promptly.
  • Meet or exceed established sales metrics and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Experience in business-to-business sales is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $125,000, along with commission eligibility. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability income, and a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions.
