Job Overview

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Consultant to join their Enterprise Engagement Center in Cincinnati. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via inbound service calls, resolving inquiries and concerns, and proactively seeking resolution to client issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries and concerns via telephone, written correspondence, email, or online chat, providing professional and courteous service.
  • Policy Analysis: Review, research, and analyze policy data to resolve client issues, using solid judgment to escalate situations to management when necessary.
  • Service Request Fulfillment: Complete service requests within departmental service levels, maintaining accurate information and documentation in Salesforce Customer First Platform.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of state regulations, required forms, policy details, processes, current and discontinued products, etc.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external clients, identifying cross-selling opportunities and utilizing tailored approaches to secure sales leads.
  • Process Improvement: Identify system or procedural problems and recommend improvements to benefit clients or home office associates.
