Key Responsibilities
  • Review all information to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards
  • Accurately accession patient sample information and physician test orders according to requisitions
  • Accept deliveries from couriers and provide oversight of orders on requisitions on pre-accessioned samples
  • Identify missing information and execute proper routes as necessary
  • Provide oversight of physician/patient information required by HIPPA/CLIA/CAP and best practices
  • Scan patient requisitions for medical records
  • Maintain an error rate below 0.10% with a goal of zero errors per month
