Job Opportunity

Lakeside Dental Center is seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team.

As a Dental Hygienist at Lakeside Dental Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting thorough dental exams, and developing personalized treatment plans.

You will work closely with our experienced dental team to ensure our patients receive the best possible care.

We are committed to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, and we require all new hires to undergo a tuberculosis (TB) test prior to starting employment.

Requirements

  • Current dental hygienist license in Florida
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene procedures
  • CPR certification

Preferred Experience

  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills
  • Clinical needs as required by the office

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Prolonged periods sitting and standing
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
  • Availability to attend virtual training sessions periodically throughout the year
