Lakeside Dental Center is a dynamic and supportive dental practice located in Jacksonville, FL. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to provide exceptional patient care and support our team in delivering high-quality dental services. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with our experienced dentists and hygienists to provide personalized care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide thorough and gentle dental hygiene services to patients, including cleanings, exams, and education
  • Collaborate with our dental team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care
Requirements
  • Current dental hygienist license in Florida
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening
  • CPR Certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet patient needs
  • Clinical needs as required by the office
