Speech-Language Pathology Specialist

New Vista of the Bluegrass, Inc. is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will conduct comprehensive assessments and analysis for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to determine their dysphagia management and communication needs.
This role requires strong collaboration skills, as you will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individual life plans, dining/communication plans, and learning objectives. You will also participate in teaching new employee orientation for dysphagia and communication, as well as assist individuals with transition processes into the community.
In addition, this position offers opportunities for direct treatments with patients, as well as documentation and billing responsibilities. If you have a passion for helping adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve their best life, we encourage you to apply.
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
