Key Responsibilities- Supervise and direct the activities of Anesthesia Technicians on their shift
- Assist in the management of staff, including performance evaluations and competency assessments
- Develop and lead staff training programs, in-services, and oversee the management of related supplies and equipment
- Ensure that technicians adequately pick supplies, turnover ORs and anesthesia workspaces, and communicate with providers
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 5+ years of prior experience as an Anesthesia Technician preferred
- 2+ years of experience as a lead or supervisor required
- CPR certification required
- Certified Anesthesia Technician, preferred
