Interventional Radiologist Position at the University of Pennsylvania

The University of Pennsylvania seeks a highly skilled Interventional Radiologist to join its team at the Philadelphia VA Medical Center. As an Assistant Professor in the non-tenure academic clinician track, the successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and clinical duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform minimally invasive image-guided interventional procedures
- Teach residents and fellows during procedures and conferences
- Participate in interdisciplinary conferences with clinical subspecialties
- Prepare learning materials and lectures for medical students
- Participate in the Interventional Radiology off-hours on call program
Requirements:
- MD or MD/Ph.D. degree
- American Board of Radiology certification with CAQ
- Completion of fellowship training in Interventional Radiology or completion of a residency in Interventional Radiology
The IR division at Penn has a considerable depth of expertise, performing more than 10,000 procedures annually. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team providing clinical services for the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, and the Philadelphia Veteran Affairs Medical Center.
