**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated Chain Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Martignetti Companies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing monthly/quarterly retail priorities, programming plans, and supplier initiatives for Field Sales.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, able to work effectively in a dynamic office environment with frequent interruptions. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment in analyzing complex situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for retail sales, including OTB, Power Buys, scan backs, IRC programming, and new product presentations.
  • Manage requests, coordinate, and distribute marketing tools, point-of-sale materials, and reports to support sales operations.
  • Collaborate with selling divisions to achieve key strategic plans.
  • Develop, track, and report data via the GoSpotCheck application.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • College degree or equivalent work experience/training/education preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years' sales experience, preferably in the beverage industry.

Salary:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year
