Job Overview

Position Summary

The Senior ERP Systems Analyst enhances operational efficiency by deepening the understanding of ERP Systems and refining ERP processes and governance. This role involves designing and optimizing data infrastructure (Hardware/Software) to ensure the accurate, consistent, and timely functioning of the company's business application systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT, utilizing Microsoft Business Central ERP.
  • Identify and assess business needs and requirements by analyzing current processes and pinpointing gaps (in process, data capture, and/or technology).
  • Oversee multiple development requests assigned to external consultants.
  • Conduct and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) while ensuring Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
  • Propose solutions to bridge gaps and implement operational efficiency improvements.
  • Design optimal data architecture to meet business needs by initiating new projects, conducting discovery sessions, and creating mock-ups for each phase of the ERP process.
  • Engage with various cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify existing processes.
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks daily while adapting to shifting priorities.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field, along with three (3) years or more of relevant business experience in retail, brokerage, or manufacturing sectors, or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience. Experience in the CPG industry is preferred.

Skills and Competencies

  • Technical expertise in Dynamics Navision/Business Central, including backend data structure and development processes.
  • Understanding of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance/Accounting operations, and how these areas interconnect.
  • Familiarity with EDI documents: types, mapping, and integration.
  • Ability to research, compile, analyze, and interpret data effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
