Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities as a Family Support Worker:

  • Create and execute creative activities and games for children
  • Socially interact with children and engage in developmentally appropriate play
  • Communicate clearly with parents and ensure all sign-in and sign-out procedures are followed
  • Be the first point of contact for parents and represent Chesterfield Fitness positively
  • Ensure the security and safety of the children and childcare room at all times

We offer a competitive salary of $18/hour, commensurate with experience.
