Job Title: Clinical Lead Nurse

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Prompt Care in Dover, New Hampshire.

About the Role:

The Clinical Lead Nurse will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services. This role will involve coordinating provider schedules, patient appointments, and clinical operations, as well as maintaining clinical supplies and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acts as a liaison between clinical staff and practice manager/providers to ensure successful clinical operation.
  • Maintains clinical supplies and equipment, including ordering medical supplies.
  • Coordinates provider schedules and patient appointments, including training clinical staff on practice management software.
  • Responsible for planning, developing, organizing, and directing the day-to-day functions of clinical staff.
  • Identifies and resolves work-related problems and develops short and long-term plans to address issues.
  • Assists providers and clinical staff with clinical issues, coordinating patient tests, and other tasks as needed.
  • Complies with and enforces all established WDHS policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Establishes and maintains good communication and positive working relationships with providers, staff members, patients, visitors, and other internal and external customers.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
  • 3-5 years of medical office experience required.
  • Experience as a clinical leader, preferably in primary care with pediatric experience.
  • Active RN or LPN licensure in the state of NH.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
