Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the clinical team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.
- Provide education and training to clinical staff on new procedures, policies, and technologies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Ensure that all clinical staff meet or exceed clinical competencies, functioning at the top of their license.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- Minimum 35 years of medical office experience, with previous clinical coordinator role or equivalent, preferably primary care with pediatric experience strongly preferred.
