Contract Administration Operations Manager

This position is responsible for managing the extraterritorial team responsible for the production of customer-specific documents for new/existing business in accordance with corporate guidelines, underwriting policy, benefit specifications, and statutory requirements.
Key responsibilities include managing the performance, overall quality, and resource allocation to support all product lines, including key sales support components of benefit selection through booklet delivery.
The successful candidate will oversee the creation and maintenance of standard and custom booklets, implement strategies, projects, and initiatives, and possess excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 5 years of health insurance contract operations experience or a master's degree with 2 years of experience.
Knowledge of health products and procedures, underwriting requirements, contract and funding arrangements, and project management skills are essential.
Customer service experience and acumen, leadership skills, and verbal and written communications skills are also required.
This is a flex position (3 days in office; 2 days work from home).
