**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Educator to support the Emergency Department service line at UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central. As a Clinical Educator, you will play a critical role in designing, delivering, and assessing learning activities and curricula related to clinical competencies, departmental/organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and the use of clinical information technologies.

**Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with managers and staff to assess the learning needs and competencies of clinical staff.
* Design and deliver learning activities and curricula to enhance clinical staff knowledge and skills.
* Serve as a consultant/mentor for clinical staff in areas of program development, clinical practice, and professional development.
* Participate in the development, coordination, and delivery of new clinical staff orientation and education activities.
* Utilize critical thinking skills and decisive judgment to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's in Nursing (Master's in Nursing preferred).
* State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
* Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
* Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (Charge Nurse experience preferred).
