We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Clinical Specialist to join our ENT Clinic team at Denver Health. As a key member of our ambulatory care team, you will provide exceptional patient care and education in an outpatient setting to diverse patients, families, and community members throughout the lifespan.

The ideal candidate will adhere to the American Nurses Association (ANA) standards of professional nursing and performance, and the ANA Code of Ethics to provide care to all healthcare consumers. You will apply critical thinking, evidence-based practices, and competence to collaborate with the healthcare team to promote excellence in healthcare consumer safety and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement evidence-based plans with patients in coordination with the healthcare team.
  • Develop and modify patient care and treatment plans as indicated by patient responses and conditions.
  • Provide safe, appropriate nursing care and patient education in an ambulatory clinic setting.
  • Safely administer medications and treatments as ordered, according to policy.

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a direct patient care setting.
  • BLS-Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required.
  • RN-Registered Nurse licensure required.
