Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at DCS Clinical. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental hygiene and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform dental prophylaxis, including cleaning deposits and stains from teeth and beneath gum margins.
  • Detect and diagnose oral health issues, including periodontal disease and oral cancer.
  • Apply fluorides and other cavity-preventing agents to arrest dental decay.
  • Manage dental and medical emergencies, including maintaining CPR certification and emergency supplies.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and plaque control, providing personalized instructions and reminders.
  • Document patient records, including vital signs and medical and dental histories.
  • Maintain dental equipment and supplies, ensuring optimal performance and inventory levels.

Requirements:

  • Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) licensure.
  • CPR certification.
  • Local anesthesia and nitrous oxide certification.
