Position Responsibilities
  • Preparation of complex business and individual tax returns.
  • Review of standard business and individual tax filings.
  • Support managers with client-specific financial analysis, research, and various projects.
  • Direct engagement with clients and senior leadership, fostering and managing professional relationships.
  • Accountability for a designated client portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Enhancement of technical expertise through varied assignments.
  • Building rapport with clients and community stakeholders, significantly contributing to the firm's growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • CPA certification or Enrolled Agent designation is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience in tax preparation for both businesses and individuals.
  • Familiarity with payroll tax preparation.
  • Experience in reviewing tax returns is a plus.
  • Proficiency in online tax research.
  • A strong desire to cultivate communication, organizational, analytical, client service, and technical skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, QuickBooks, UltraTax, Go File Room, Right Networks, Thompson Reuters, and/or Adobe is beneficial.
  • Experience in valuation or trust and estate matters is also a plus.
