About the Role

This position requires strong expertise in sales development, account management, and automation/manufacturing knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in generating new business opportunities and expanding existing ones.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing strategies, participating in long-term planning, interfacing with customers, and actively obtaining RFQs. They will also lead customer technical reviews, negotiate on behalf of the company, and understand internal protocols related to the sales process.

A bachelor's degree in business or engineering is preferred, but not required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
