Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside the agent to improve and maintain our website and social media channels.
  • Help identify and participate in local community events to boost our agency's visibility and engagement.
  • Establish and meet marketing objectives in collaboration with the agent, ensuring they align with our agency's goals.
  • Generate leads, arrange appointments, and assess customer needs to effectively market appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Produce captivating content for social media, email marketing, and our website to attract and retain clientele.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver persuasive presentations to prospective clients.
  • Skilled in creating and managing content across social media, websites, and email platforms.
  • Self-driven with a strong commitment to achieving goals and creatively addressing challenges.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capacity to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • A collaborative team player who excels in a cooperative environment.
  • Must obtain your P&C General Lines License within 90 days of employment.
