We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting our staff and ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to deliver outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR Director with day-to-day operations
  • Provide administrative assistance with recruitment processes
  • Coordinate trainings and onboarding programs
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR
  • Knowledge of HR practices and laws
  • Experience with HRIS systems preferred

Work Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday

Estimated Salary: $41,400 - $44,800/year
