Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to procedures for opening and closing operations, as well as food production.
  • Prepare food and beverage items according to recipe specifications, utilizing appropriate preparation techniques and sanitation practices.
  • Set up and operate kitchen equipment efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation and equipment.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to comprehend recipes and food abbreviations.
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced setting with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow procedures, take directions, and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Basic mathematical skills to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements and proportions.
Physical Requirements
  • Continuous standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds or more.
  • Capacity to move quickly and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
  • Exposure to varying temperatures.
