About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Services Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner
  • Provide personalized assistance to clients, using your knowledge of our products and services to enhance their shopping experience
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by converting customer inquiries into sales
  • Maintain accurate records and data, ensuring efficient and effective use of company resources
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to diffuse emotional situations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong understanding of company brand and products, with a passion for providing a seamless and elevated experience for clients
