Position Summary:
The Truss Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in our sales operations, managing all facets of the sales call process and coordinating business activities for our accounts. This position is essential in executing PARR's sales strategies and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team by effectively communicating with clients, scheduling projects, generating quotes, and managing construction timelines.
- Collaborate daily with Truss Designers & Sales team members, reporting to the Plant Manager or Design Manager.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients in the Residential Construction sector, ensuring timely delivery of Roof & Floor trusses to job sites.
- Utilize PARR's Bridge Strategy to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Set and achieve personal sales and profit targets while fostering strong customer loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with building materials or experience in the construction industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proficient in using computers, smartphones, and related technology.
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of design software such as MiTek is a plus.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
