Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement effective release management strategies to minimize risk and maximize efficiency
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential issues
* Communicate release plans and status to stakeholders, including executives and customers
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed

Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in Release Management or a related field
* Strong technical knowledge of software development lifecycle and release management best practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
