We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Medicine Physician to join our team at Dignity Physician Careers. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and treat various medical conditions, developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories, communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging, and perform procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives, reviewing and analyzing clinical outcomes for continuous improvement.
- A valid and unrestricted California medical license.
- Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA).
- Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program.
- A competitive salary range of $132 to $139 per hour.
- A generous compensation package, including bonuses and stipends.
