Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat various medical conditions, including work-related injuries and illnesses
Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans to ensure prompt return to work and closure of cases
Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories to identify potential health risks and develop prevention strategies
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to coding and billing regulations

Requirements

Valid and unrestricted California medical license
Board eligible or board certified in Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
Experience in worker compensation services and specific note reporting, PR-2/PR-4s, etc.
DOT Certification
