Position Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team within the Engineering sector. In this role, you will be tasked with the design and management of construction initiatives, ensuring they are executed efficiently, on schedule, and in compliance with safety regulations. You will collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to guarantee project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and supervise construction projects, including roadway and highway systems, utilizing AutoCad and Civil 3D software.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Prepare and evaluate engineering plans, specifications, and cost assessments.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor project progress and adherence to plans.
  • Provide mentorship and technical support to junior engineers and drafters.
  • Work in conjunction with other departments to align projects with company objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in civil engineering technology.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, particularly in roadway and highway design.
  • Proficient in AutoCad and Civil 3D software.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
