Job Title: Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our innovative Engineering team at Jobot. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing civil engineering projects, including highways, bridges, water and sewage systems, and other infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop civil engineering projects, including highways, bridges, water and sewage systems, and other infrastructure.
  • Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D software to create detailed designs and plans.
  • Conduct site grading and land development tasks, ensuring compliance with local regulations and environmental considerations.
  • Develop and implement innovative design solutions to complex engineering problems.
  • Perform drainage design and analysis to prevent water accumulation and flooding.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure design and land development.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is required.
  • Proficiency in Civil Engineering software, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • Solid understanding of site grading, land development, and drainage design.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to overcoming engineering challenges.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Commitment to maintaining high safety standards and adhering to industry regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
