Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and ensure they have a pleasant dining experience.
  • Exhibit a professional attitude and presentation, adhering to our appearance and dress standards.
  • Know the menu, including ingredients and prices, and effectively communicate with guests.
  • Takes orders for food and communicates with Kitchen staff to ensure prompt and proper preparation.
  • Perform all table service functions with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and demonstrate a service attitude with other staff and customers.
  • Perform assigned side work and assist team members as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining the service station and bussing tables.
  • Roll silverware as assigned and accurately report tip income.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Weekend availability required.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Essential physical requirements include walking, standing, reaching, bending, lifting, and washing hands.
  • Must report to work in a neat, clean uniform and present a well-groomed, hygienic appearance.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, management, and coworkers.
  • Must possess basic math, reading, and writing skills.
  • Must possess basic computer skills.
  • Must be able to make change and multitask.
  • Must have knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
