Your Responsibilities:

  • Leading daily restaurant operations and managing shifts effectively.
  • Conducting pre-shift meetings and overseeing daily opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensuring a smooth and efficient shift flow while delivering outstanding guest and employee experiences.
  • Providing guidance and fostering a culture of care within the team.
  • Handling guest and employee feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Assisting the General Manager with financial goals, sales growth, and cost management.
  • Participating in the recruitment, training, and development of back-of-house (BOH) teams.
  • Managing inventories, placing orders, and overseeing deliveries.
  • Promoting teamwork and collaboration across all departments.
  • Handling challenges with tact, patience, and courtesy.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
  • Strong guest rapport and team leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.

Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year (based on experience).
