We're looking for a Competitive Intelligence Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing organization, you'll be responsible for developing and executing market, competitive, and customer intelligence programs.

You'll work closely with internal and external partners to obtain information that supports corporate and marketing strategy, product and solution marketing, sales enablement, management, customer service, and support.

Key responsibilities include:

* Providing insight and intelligence that aligns with goals, objectives, and business decisions

* Developing processes to improve data collection for analysis and reporting

* Creating delivery mechanisms for comparison grids, competitive profiles, and dashboards

* Conducting studies to identify opportunities for growth markets and new segments

* Managing projects and selecting outsourced third-party vendors for primary and secondary research

* Creating a notification system for contributors to alert them of changes in market forces, regulations, and competitive changes

* Producing and updating executive MI Bulletins with specific metrics and KPIs

* Strategizing to deliver competitive intelligence instantaneously and/or have competitive staff available to support sales resources

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in competitive intelligence, market research, and data analysis.

Key qualifications include:

* Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in competitive intelligence or a related field

* Contact Center and Customer Expertise required

* Proven experience in corporate marketing, marketing strategy, marketing operations with a focus on competitive analysis

* Experience with AI technology and related CI tools and approaches

* Experience with sales enablement and operations, product and solution marketing, product and field management, and customer support within an IT environment

* Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

* Excellent communication and presentation skills

* Data analysis tools and statistical packages

* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

* Experience in CX and a passion for staying ahead of market trends

* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, statistics, or a related discipline required

* MBA preferred
