Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Legal Document Manager to join our team at Wheeler Law, PLLC. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with attorneys to prepare case files and documentation for trial, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with attorneys to draft motions, exhibits, and briefs, leveraging strong research and writing skills.
  • Manage court deadlines, track filings, and maintain organized case files, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional client service, communicating effectively in both English and Spanish to provide updates and obtain necessary documents.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Prepare comprehensive case files, including drafting legal documents and conducting research to support attorney's needs.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with court staff, opposing counsel, and clients to ensure smooth case progression.
  3. Accurately record and maintain case-related information, evidence, and documents, utilizing case management software to enhance efficiency.
Essential Requirements
  • Significant experience in case management or a related field is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask are critical for success.
  • Fluency in Spanish is mandatory, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • A high school diploma is the minimum educational requirement; a 2-year degree or Paralegal certification is preferred but not required.
Compensation Information

The estimated hourly salary for this position ranges from $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
