Morada Senior Living is seeking a Culinary Specialist to become a vital part of our community at Morada Temple.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare food items utilizing established recipes efficiently and effectively.
Assess food and supply requirements, coordinating meal preparation with serving schedules.

Ensure all food items meet or exceed the minimum standards for temperature, flavor, and quality at all times.

Guarantee the correct preparation, portioning, and serving of dishes as specified in the menu cycle and standardized recipes. Sample and assess food to ensure quality standards are met.
Uphold or surpass standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health regulations.
Adhere to all safety and loss prevention protocols.
Manage food storage; verify labels and expiration dates.
Complete assigned cleaning tasks.
Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding food handling.
Maintain records for food safety equipment and temperature logs.
Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent.
Food Services Sanitation Certification.
