Fuzzy\u0027s Taco Shop Line Cook Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Fuzzy\u0027s Taco Shop. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to our high standards, ensuring that every dish that goes out is of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes meet our standards
  • Properly store and rotate food to maintain freshness and safety
  • Organize kitchen equipment and supplies to maintain a clean and efficient workspace
  • Interact with guests to ensure their dining experience is exceptional
  • Consult with management to plan and execute catering events

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Work Environment:

Fuzzy\u0027s Taco Shop is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. As a Line Cook, you will be working in a kitchen environment with a team of experienced cooks and chefs. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay:

$13 per hour

Hours:

5-10 hour shifts, weekends
