Job Summary

As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing outstanding food, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. You will work closely with our Back-of-House team to ensure seamless service delivery to our dine-in and to-go customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare food according to Hat Creek's standard operating procedures
  • Accurately cook, assemble, and package customers' orders
  • Follow all portion control procedures and record food waste
  • Work in a safe and sanitary manner, following local and state requirements
  • Unpack and store incoming inventory, maintain kitchen equipment, and report any issues
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
