At Morada Senior Living, we are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Morada Temple. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare food items using standardized recipes and ensure timely delivery to our residents.
  • Determine food and supply needs, coordinating meal production with serving hours to ensure seamless service.
  • Monitor food items to ensure compliance with temperature, taste, and quality standards.
  • Prepare, portion, and serve food according to menu cycles and standardized recipes, with a focus on quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures to prevent accidents and losses.
  • Oversee food storage, checking labels and dates to ensure freshness and quality.
  • Complete cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Follow local, state, and federal policies regarding food handling to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of food safety equipment and temperature records.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Food Services Sanitation Certificate required.
