Job SummaryThe Patient Advocate is a key member of our dispensary team, responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences. This role requires a passion for cannabis, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing personalized support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert knowledge and guidance to customers on our premium cannabis products.
- Ensure customer questions and concerns are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Accurately receive, coordinate, and fulfill customer orders using our Point of Sale (POS) and inventory tracking systems.
- Adapt to varying sales volumes and maintain a high level of customer engagement.
- Meet or exceed daily sales metrics by following our customer experience selling cycle.
- Assist management staff in ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
- Must stay current with all policies and regulations of the state cannabis agency.
- Must meet age requirements as outlined by the state cannabis agency.
- Able to pass all background checks as required by the state cannabis agency.
- Able to accommodate varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- 1-3 years' experience working in a cannabis retail setting.
- Prior customer service experience in a hospitality, pharmacy, customer services, or retail environment.
