Position Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Dealership Biller and Title Clerk to enhance our dynamic team at our Bloomington-Normal Auto Mall.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins.
  • Bill out all retail transactions and prepare Certificates of Origin.
  • Ensure all trade-in documentation is completed accurately.
  • Fulfill various reporting requirements, including schedule reconciliations.
  • Process all vehicles for registration in the respective state.
  • Prepare tax and title documentation.
  • Submit all legal transfer documents to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
  • Maintain precise records of processed and outstanding titles.
  • Request duplicate titles and CVR.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • The ideal candidate will be highly organized.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced team environment.
