Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Mazzella Lifting Technologies. As a key member of our supply chain department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the supervision of inbound and outbound traffic, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and materials.
  • Support various procurement initiatives, including vendor management and contract negotiation.
  • Help manage inventory flow throughout the supply chain, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain metrics to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support the demand planning process and assist in the development of sales forecasts.
  • Assist in the analysis of data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Populate and issue standard weekly/monthly reporting for all areas of supply chain.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a business environment with analytical work, preferably in supply chain or logistics.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
