Director of Operations

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to lead our team in providing exceptional care and services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health, and substance use challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage the operations of a single business location, ensuring high-quality care and services to individuals with disabilities.
  • Lead and direct administrative, clinical, financial, and employee relations functions, implementing and enforcing compliance with company, state, and federal policies.
  • Supervise employees, including Home Managers, QMRPs, QDDPs, Program Managers, Training Coordinators, Vocational Coordinators, Business Managers, Nurses, Psychologist/Behavior Analyst, Dietician, etc.
  • Coordinate and direct the activities of the Quality Management Team to ensure the highest level of quality supports and outcomes are available to each person supported.
  • Enforce and monitor implementation of Personal Outcome Measures to ensure individuals receive maximum growth and benefit from program design.
  • Ensure adequate clinical supervision/oversight by clinical team members.
  • Implement and monitor the Unit Quality Improvement Plan, Staff Training Policies and Procedures, and the unit Quality Assurance system.
  • Monitor and participate in completion of chart reviews to ensure assigned reviews are accomplished according to company policy.
  • Remain current on all applicable regulatory standards and implement actions to avoid condition/fast track survey or audit citations from state inspection, survey teams, and LME monitoring.
  • Assure implementation of a timely and thorough plan of correction for quality assurance audits, life safety surveys, licensure and certification surveys, and LME monitoring.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field, healthcare management, or general business/public administration.
  • Graduate degrees in related areas are preferred.
  • Five to seven years of experience in prior management positions with comparable responsibilities.
