Job Title: Medical Services Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Writer to join our team in our Durham branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Fielding internal and external customer inquiries for the Service Department
  • Managing work orders from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and invoicing
  • Updating customer profiles with equipment, hours, and other relevant information from work orders
  • Maintaining service accessories and supplies, and preparing replacement orders as needed
  • Preparing warranty and product improvement submissions for the Central Warranty Administrator
  • Assisting customers with equipment loading and unloading, and closing and processing ROs for payment
  • Providing part service, including parts lookup, pulling parts from stock, and processing MD orders
  • Assisting on the parts counter and loading/unloading trucks as needed
  • Staging equipment for service and maintaining the lot for customer pick-up and delivery
  • Representing the dealership and promoting customer loyalty and goodwill
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting practices
  • Proficiency in standard desktop applications, such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
  • Knowledge of office procedures
  • General understanding of mechanical/technical terms
  • Ability to operate a forklift

  • Dexterity to grasp and manipulate tools and parts
