Job Title: Post Harvest Manager

Trulieve is seeking a highly skilled Post Harvest Manager to oversee the Harvest, Dry Rooms, and Cure Departments. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of cannabis regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all harvest and post-harvest activities to ensure efficient processing and packaging of cannabis products.
  • Maintain a positive work environment through collaborative discussions, team communications, and transparent decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the post-harvesting area.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and lead the development of new or improved products and processes.
  • Coordinate scheduling and optimize asset utilization in the harvest and post-harvesting rooms.
  • Conduct personnel development and performance management planning for direct and indirect reports.
  • Ensure the post-harvesting areas are maintained in a clean, organized, and safe manner.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in cannabis harvest and post-harvest areas.
  • Knowledge of Florida cannabis regulations.
  • Demonstrated managerial experience in a manufacturing or processing environment.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of cannabis strains and their therapeutic effects.
  • Demonstrated team leadership and development skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 21 years old (or 18 years old in CT, PA, and WV).
  • Must pass a comprehensive background screening.
