Job Overview

Position Summary

Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a knowledgeable Staff Accountant to support the management of financial documentation and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Verify and finalize payments for invoices related to accounts payable.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including the preparation of journal entries.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations of all bank accounts.
  • Facilitate daily invoice processing tasks.
  • Manage and reconcile petty cash on a monthly basis.
  • Process remote check deposits efficiently.
  • Prepare and record biweekly payroll journal entries in the general ledger.
  • Coordinate the processing and distribution of W-2s and 1099 forms.
  • Assist in annual audit processes and respond to data requests.
  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly financial reports.
  • Support financial statement reviews and analyses.
  • Assist in the preparation of spend data analytics.
  • Respond promptly to information requests.
  • Ensure adherence to GAAP standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting is required.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with ERP systems is mandatory.
  • Background in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
  • Experience with CPM is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Work Environment:

  • Onsite position.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday.
