Teller I

As a Teller at TD Bank, you will be responsible for:

• Engaging in needs-based conversations with customers to offer personalized financial solutions
• Processing transactions, including servicing customer accounts, accepting loan payments, and balancing automated teller machines (ATMs) and teller cash dispensers (TCDs)/teller cash recyclers (TCRs)
• Ensuring adherence to safe deposit box procedures and operations guidelines

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting customer interactions to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
• Managing customer accounts, including processing transactions and maintaining accurate records
• Ensuring the security and integrity of customer assets and sensitive information
