We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services in North Providence, RI.

About the Job

This is a full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunity to work with our adult and pediatric patients and their families in a home healthcare setting.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
  • Other LPN/LVN duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the LPN/LVN practices.
  • Current Health Certificate (per facility).
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior LPN/LVN experience preferred.
