Job Summary

The Clinical and Regulatory Services Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of Astrix Technology Group's Clinical and Regulatory Consulting services to a portfolio of clients. This role will involve identifying, penetrating, and expanding business opportunities with existing and new clients across various industry verticals, including Pharma, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, and Chemical, Food and Beverage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, hunt, and win new clients proactively, with a focus on time-efficient business development activities.
  • Develop and execute a client portfolio strategy to increase sales to existing clients and expand business opportunities with new clients.
  • Effectively communicate Astrix Technology Group's value proposition to new and existing customers, highlighting the company's expertise in Clinical and Regulatory Consulting services.
  • Negotiate and close sales, managing the sales pipeline and forecasting revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal resources to prioritize and penetrate key clients, building relationships with key stakeholders and resolving client issues.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the strengths and vulnerabilities of major competitors.
  • Ensure that client plans and sales activities align with Astrix business goals, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of five years of selling business consulting and systems implementation services in the Life Sciences Clinical and Regulatory space.
  • Working knowledge of Clinical & Regulatory systems such as Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS), electronic Trial Master Files (eTMF), and Regulatory Information Management (RIM).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and conduct effective presentations.
  • Proven recent history of success in new significant client development, selling to senior IT and line of business executives, managers, and influencers.
Working Conditions

This role is largely expected to work from home, with occasional travel not exceeding 20%.
