Salary Range: $16 to $20 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement engaging programs tailored to various age groups
  • Utilize diverse educational methods (storytelling, interactive play, multimedia, etc.) to facilitate learning
  • Observe and engage with each child to enhance their social skills and self-esteem
  • Encourage peer interaction and collaborative problem-solving
  • Guide children in developing their creative and practical skills through a structured curriculum (identifying shapes, numbers, colors, crafts, etc.)
  • Organize and supervise nap and snack times to ensure safety
  • Monitor children's progress and communicate updates to parents
  • Maintain regular communication with parents to understand children's backgrounds and needs
  • Collaborate with fellow educators
  • Ensure a clean and safe classroom environment in accordance with health standards
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting
  • CDA, degree in Early Childhood Education, or Elementary Education preferred
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting families
