Operational Duties: You will be accountable for:
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service by holding ATLs, supervisors, and Team Members accountable.

Additionally, you will maintain awareness of customer needs and direct Team Members accordingly to enhance customer satisfaction. Team Development: You will be responsible for selecting, training, and mentoring Team Members to create a high-performance team that minimizes turnover.

Safety and Compliance: You will communicate and uphold Team Member safety and security standards, providing timely and constructive performance evaluations.

Consistent communication of the company's vision and goals is vital.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess a robust understanding of industry trends, advanced knowledge of products, and proficiency in financial performance assessment.

Food safety certification is required, with a commitment to complete certification within six months if not currently certified.

Experience: A minimum of 24 months in retail, including at least 12 months in a leadership role, is essential. Physical Requirements: Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for 6-8 hours in a workday.

Flexibility in scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is necessary.
