Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service to Pro customers, answering their questions and executing their orders and projects.
  • Demonstrate Lowe's product and service offerings, showcasing our expertise and building trust with customers.
  • Meet store sales goals, driving sales and revenue growth through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Have 1 year of sales or customer service experience.
  • Be able to sit, bend, stand, move around the store, and lift items of up to 25lbs. unassisted.
  • Be available to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Be able to use common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
